Q. Is SLA support only for software you built?

No. We can provide SLA support for applications built by any vendor, subject to a brief onboarding audit to understand the codebase, infrastructure, and known issues.

Q. What counts as a "critical" issue?

Critical issues cause system-wide downtime, data loss risk, or complete failure of a core business function for end users. Severity levels (P1–P4) are defined explicitly in your SLA contract, not left to interpretation.

Q. Can I upgrade my tier mid-contract?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time with 7 days' notice. Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle. There are no penalties for upgrading.

Q. What happens if you miss an SLA?

For Pro and Enterprise tiers, missed SLAs trigger service credits applied to your next invoice. Credit amounts are defined per severity level in your contract — not subject to negotiation at the time of breach.

Q. Do you support legacy systems?

Yes. We've supported Java monoliths, PHP applications, .NET systems, and COBOL-adjacent backends. We'll assess legacy systems during the onboarding audit and flag any constraints before we commit to an SLA.

Q. Is there a minimum contract period?

We require a minimum 3-month commitment for all tiers. After that, you continue month-to-month or lock in an annual rate for a discount (typically 10–15%).

Q. How do development project prices compare to SLA tiers?

SLA tiers cover post-delivery support. Project development is scoped and priced separately — either as a fixed-price SoW or an hourly/monthly retainer. We'll provide a detailed quote within 48 hours of your enquiry.

Q. Are prices negotiable?

Enterprise pricing is always custom-scoped. For Basic and Pro, the price range reflects scope variation — a simple app and a complex microservices platform have different support requirements. We don't negotiate by squeezing scope; we price for what you actually need.
