Fixed Price suits defined projects with a known scope and budget. You pay milestones and get a fixed delivery date. Retainer suits ongoing work — support, maintenance, embedded teams — where the scope evolves monthly. Both models include SLA commitments.
Can we use more than one service at the same time?
Yes — many clients combine services. A typical setup is Software Development (Fixed Price) for a new build, followed by Application Support and Maintenance (Retainer) post-launch. We coordinate across service lines so you have one named point of contact.
How quickly can you start?

Scope changes go through a lightweight change request process. We assess impact on timeline and budget, provide a written estimate within 48 hours, and you approve before any work begins. Nothing changes without your sign-off.
